Most of The Secret Circle parental units died in a fiery boat accident sixteen years ago, but John Blackwell is very much alive and he’s coming back to Chance Harbor in Season 1, Episode 15! Well, either that or ghosts are wandering into town (Nick, is that you?).

TV Guide describes Cassie’s (Britt Robertson) pops as an ultra-powerful leader who returns to town in order to “protect” the Circle – but why do we get a feeling that he’s up to no good?

John will be played but Joe Lando, otherwise known as Byron Sully fromDr. Quinn Medicine Woman. Fingers crossed that he’ll waltz into Chance Harbor wearing nothing by a buckskin loincloth and a hatchet!
